– Cancellation with a Fee: If it’s been more than 12 hours but less than 24 hours since you purchased an item, we can still cancel it for a 10% cancellation fee (based on your order total) to cover processing costs.
– Once Shipped: Unfortunately, cancellations aren’t possible after your order ships.

Kindly pack the old item, use the shipping label we provide and leave it in your mailbox for pickup. Once you receive the new item, let us know.
